For Partner accounts with active fulfillment services, we share End-Client business information (name, industry, expertise) with third-party publications and directories for the purpose of securing expert quote placements and authority mentions. This sharing is authorized through the End-Client’s onboarding survey and Agency’s monthly content approval.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process (subpoena, court order), or to protect Rankett’s rights, property, or safety.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email before any transfer.
